We are currently looking for a licensed full time Case Manager for our Women’s program to provide the following services: facilitating women, children and infants enrollment into the program; providing transportation for patients; assist counselors with group facilitation and other group activities; provide outreach services. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with pregnant women, babies and small children.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Social Work or related field or 2 years similar experience. CDCA, LCDC, or license/certification which conforms to OhioMHAS regulations pertaining to counseling services. Knowledge and experience with family related support services in the community and knowledge of chemical dependency.
