We are currently looking for a case manager for our Women’s program, this is a part- time position with a flexible schedule. Some of the duties for this position include: Facilitating women, children and infants enrollment into the program; providing transportation for patients; assist counselors with group facilitation and other group activities; provide outreach services. The ideal candidate will enjoy working with pregnant women, babies and small children.
Looking for individuals with the desire to help those facing the battle of addiction. Must have Master’s degree and license to counsel in the State of Ohio by either the Chemical Dependency or Board of Counselor and Social Workers.

We are looking for a full time LPN to work at RAMAR, our Residential Facility, which will generally be Monday-Friday 12:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. and Saturday 8:00 a.m.-1:00 p.m. with a day off during the week but may also include a schedule of evenings, weekends, holidays and/or an occasional early morning. Will be responsible for providing appropriate and timely medical services and medications to Residential Patients. Duties include: Reviewing medication pass log at the beginning of each shift; Assisting with medication box fill for each patient weekly; Adding medications to medication boxes in between medication box fills if needed; and obtaining urine drug screens on residents, partial residents, and daytox patients.
We are currently looking for a counselor to specialize in providing high-quality, evidenced-based counseling services to patients on the Medication Assisted Treatment program in an OTP setting. Duties include: Reviewing diagnostic assessment and treatment recommendations for patients with opioid use disorder; developing a personalized treatment plan; coordinating services with the CHC medical dept; staffing of cases with the multi-disciplinary MAT treatment team; facilitating psycho-educational and therapeutic groups; completing appropriate clinical documentation within CHC policy guidelines; preparing transfer and discharge summaries. Candidate should have AoD clinical experience, preferably with MAT patients. Must be interested in working with this patient population exclusively, providing MAT education, non-judgmental support, and effective monitoring and treatment.
We are currently looking for a full time Assistant Supervisor for our residential facility. The facility is staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, weekends, overnight, etc. and we are looking for an individual to cover afternoon, evenings, and some weekend floating shifts. Will be responsible for: Monitoring and directing the activities of RAs and residents to ensure that they follow house rules and CHC Addiction Services policies and procedures; Providing case management and transportation for Residents to and from scheduled appointments or activities; Assisting with nightly security procedure; Providing Residents crisis intervention when necessary; Appropriately document shift activities and residents behavior in residential log book. Verifying medication procedures are followed. Revising residential meeting attendance schedules. Organizing event information for residents to attend in ordered to practice safe sober experiences. Assist in meeting house needs with the supervisor.

We are currently looking for a full time Billing Representative to work in our busy methadone clinic, Monday through Friday. The schedule will be Monday 9:00 a.m.- 5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30 p.m. and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The Billing Representative’s duties will include: customer service, intake admissions, work claim denials, process corrected claims, work validations reports, log EOB adjustments and payments, ensure reimbursement of highest allowable revenue per contract, send documentation upon request to facilitate claim adjudication, claim adjustments, follow-through on claim status, problem solving, account reconciliation, self-pay liability calculation, statements, data entry, etc.
We are currently looking for a motivated, conscientious Expressive Arts Therapist for our Residential programs, to work part-time, 13-15 hours per week. The Expressive Arts Therapist will provide direct service to patients through group counseling to help the patients achieve optimal mental, substance abuse, behavioral and emotional health.

We are currently looking for a part-time Recovery Coach/Peer Supporter to provide support and advocacy to individuals enrolled in CHC programs. The Recovery Coach will be a strong source of encouragement and guidance, helping patients work on life goals such as work, education and personal relationships. Will assist with referrals and linking patients to the appropriate community services. Will maintain logs, reports, records and databases. Will provide transportation for patients to meetings and appointments.
We are currently looking for a live-in Residential Advisor to act as a property manager and life management mentor for the residents of Horizon House. The RA will live at Horizon House and have 4 office hours during which he or she must be available on a weekly basis. The RA will adhere to all property rules and policies. Primary job responsibilities include: Greeting new residents, providing a tour of the house and discussing the house rules with each new resident including reviewing emergency procedures; Documenting all house rule violations in a written report both to the resident and to OMCDC along with submitting an ongoing weekly written status report to OMCDC; Notifying OMCDC staff of any major incidents immediately and reporting all maintenance concerns to the OMCDC in a timely fashion; Upholding the
spiritual, educational and moral ideals of the Horizon House program.

Schedule is Monday through Friday beginning at approximately 5:30am until 2:00pm. Duties include: Managing staff; Answer all incoming calls in a timely manner; Triage patient calls and schedule appointments appropriately; Ensure patient flow through proper scheduling, filling rooms for the physician and communicating special patient needs; Assist the Medical department with filing and paperwork; Give reminder calls to all scheduled appointments; Communicate to appropriate departments the necessary scheduling changes including ensuring appointment lists are given to the Medical Records Department for chart pulling; Enter Superbills into the CHC’s software system; Ensure proper coding for all tests and services provided; Supervise UDS specimen collection; Maintain current copies of all license, certification, and permits needed to comply with rules and regulations governing CHC; Monitor department inventory.
We are currently looking for a full time, enthusiastic, committed Assessment Specialist. The Assessment Specialist will: Conduct initial intake interviews to determine the level of care needed and initiate the treatment process at CHC Addiction Services; Assign patient to a counselor; Schedule initial appointments; and be required to document all services in a timely manner, per agency policy.

Some Duties include; Creating and maintaining LPN staff schedules; answering all incoming calls in a timely manner, directing calls, maintaining calendars and ensure appropriate coordination and follow up, including follow up on patient inquiries and complaints; returning calls in a timely manner; ensuring patients flow through proper scheduling, filling rooms for the physician and communicating special patient needs; assisting the medical department with filing and paperwork.
