We are currently looking for a full time Prevention Specialist to provide and help coordinate gambling awareness programs, school based programs, PANDA Camps, Volunteer recruitment, training and public education programs. Duties include: Develop and maintain public relations between the Summit County Schools, other agencies, and CHC Addiction Services concerning prevention and education; Develop and present workshops and materials for Volunteer Training and Group Facilitation Training; Supervise volunteers, youth staff, presenters, Interns and participants at PANDA Camp, Mini PANDA Camp and other prevention/education events; Develop, and facilitate PANDA Advisory Board, Youth Gambling Board, and High School PANDA clubs.
Must have High School Diploma and certification as OCPS (Specialist Assistant, I or II), along with CPR and First Aid. Must have the knowledge of positive behavioral support; ability to establish and maintain effective relationships with students, volunteers and staff; the ability to communicate ideas clearly, concisely and effectively both orally and in writing; ability to support and facilitate the work of others; ability to plan and prioritize work; ability to work as a team member as well as to lead a team; ability to perform work assignments in a timely and accurate manner. Must have strong computer skills.

We are currently seeking a full-time LPN for our Outpatient Program to work from 5:00 a.m. until 2:00 p.m., Monday through Friday and every other weekend from 5:00 a.m. until 10:30 a.m. Duties include: administering methadone and following up with patients; administration of direct nursing care; charting; EKGs; blood draws; setting the physician up; and collecting urine samples.
We are currently looking for a counselor to specialize in providing high-quality, evidenced-based counseling services to patients on the Medication Assisted Treatment program in an OTP setting. Duties include: Reviewing diagnostic assessment and treatment recommendations for patients with opioid use disorder; developing a personalized treatment plan; coordinating services with the CHC medical dept; staffing of cases with the multi-disciplinary MAT treatment team; facilitating psycho-educational and therapeutic groups; completing appropriate clinical documentation within CHC policy guidelines; preparing transfer and discharge summaries. Candidate should have AoD clinical experience, preferably with MAT patients. Must be interested in working with this patient population exclusively, providing MAT education, non-judgmental support, and effective monitoring and treatment.
We are currently looking for a full time Billing Representative to work in our busy methadone clinic, Monday through Friday. The schedule will be Monday 9:00 a.m.-5:30 p.m., Tuesday, Thursday and Friday from 8:00 a.m.-4:30p.m. and Wednesday from 8:30 a.m.-5:00 p.m. The Billing Representative’s duties will include: customer service, intake admissions, work claim denials, process corrected claims, work validations reports, log EOB adjustments and payments, ensure reimbursement of highest allowable revenue per contract, send documentation upon request to facilitate claim adjudication, claim adjustments, follow-through on claim status, problem solving, account reconciliation, self-pay liability calculation, statements, data entry, etc.
We are currently looking for a full time, 40 hour a week, Coordinator at our 24 hour Residential facility to oversee the programming and scheduling to ensure appropriate care and compliance with government and survey requirements. Will be responsible for: providing supervision and direction to Residential Aides; monitoring and directing the activities of residents to ensure that they follow house rules and CHC Addiction Services policies and procedures; Providing case management and transportation for Residents to and from scheduled appointments or activities; Providing Residents crisis intervention when necessary; Appropriately document shift activities and residents behavior in residential log book.
We are currently looking for a full time Supervisor for our Residential Treatment Facility, RAMAR. Some of the responsibilities for the Residential Aide (RA) Supervisor include: scheduling and supervising RA’s, supervision of residents, scheduling and supervising facility activities; Monitor, coordinate and provide transportation for residents to and from appointments and activities; Provide access to support systems and community services; assist with group counseling and psychoeducation groups as needed; provide resident crisis intervention as necessary; document shift activities and behavior in logs books; Assist residents with problem resolution; Ensure house rules and schedules are enforced.
We are currently looking for a motivated, conscientious Expressive Arts Therapist for our Residential programs, to work part-time, 13-15 hours per week. The Expressive Arts Therapist will provide direct service to patients through group counseling to help the patients achieve optimal mental, substance abuse, behavioral and emotional health.

The facilities are staffed 24 hours a day, seven days a week, including holidays, weekends, overnight, etc. and we are looking for individuals to cover all shifts. We are currently looking for a part-time Recovery Coach/Peer Supporter to provide support and advocacy to individuals enrolled in CHC programs. The Recovery Coach will be a strong source of encouragement and guidance, helping patients work on life goals such as work, education and personal relationships. Will assist with referrals and linking patients to the appropriate community services. Will maintain logs, reports, records and databases. Will provide transportation for patients to meetings and appointments.
We are currently looking for a live-in Residential Advisor to act as a property manager and life management mentor for the residents of Horizon House. The RA will live at Horizon House and have 4 office hours during which he or she must be available on a weekly basis. The RA will adhere to all property rules and policies. Primary job responsibilities include: Greeting new residents, providing a tour of the house and discussing the house rules with each new resident including reviewing emergency procedures; Documenting all house rule violations in a written report both to the resident and to OMCDC along with submitting an ongoing weekly written status report to OMCDC; Notifying OMCDC staff of any major incidents immediately and reporting all maintenance concerns to the OMCDC in a timely fashion; Upholding the
spiritual, educational and moral ideals of the Horizon House program.

Will be responsible for urine collection to include: monitoring collecting, documentation, filing, stock supplies, clean bathroom; assisting the Practitioner, which will include: room set up, taking vital signs, patient medical history, venipuncture, injections, finger sticks, calling in prescriptions, pulling and filing charts, cleaning, stocking rooms, and charting patient interactions.
